The government of Kazakhstan will create a digital platform "E-APK" and complete the work on the creation of a data lake in the industry in 2027. At a cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Oljas Bekatanov emphasized the need for the development of the agro-industrial complex to meet the country's internal needs and strengthen its export positions. "Another important strategic task is to create a powerful agro-industrial sector in Kazakhstan, focused on meeting local needs and strengthening the country's export position. A key condition for the implementation of this task is the availability of long-term preferential financing necessary for the modernization of production and the creation of processing facilities. ". Oljas Baktanow noted. The Ministry of Agriculture, together with the Ministry of National Economy and Beitark Holdings, were instructed to take care of carrying out long-term loan programs for the agricultural sector, including in the field of animal husbandry, storage and processing of agricultural produce, as well as preferential leasing. The need to create favorable conditions for the accelerated execution of investment projects and the elimination of unnecessary administrative barriers was emphasized. The Ministry of Agriculture, together with the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development, was instructed to ensure the creation of the "E-APK" digital platform, including the completion of work on the creation of an industry data lake in 2027.
