At the government meeting, Prime Minister Oljas Bekatanov focused on preparations for the implementation of the People's Construction Plan and the need for coordinated work of central and local executive bodies. "The head of state stated that next year is declared as the year of large-scale national construction. The popular construction plan will be the largest infrastructure project in our history. Therefore, the results of its implementation depend on the clearly coordinated work of the government and the ACM." emphasized Oljas Baktanow. The ministries of industry and construction, transportation, energy, health and education, together with the akimat, were instructed to analyze the needs of the regions and create a list of specific projects by the end of 2026. "By the end of the year, analyze the regions' needs for infrastructure and social facilities and create a list of specific projects. Separately, the prime minister noted the task set by the president to provide large-scale construction with household materials and equipment. The Ministry of Industry and Construction, along with sectoral government bodies, should take steps to maximize the involvement of local manufacturers in the execution of all projects.
