The Ministries of Economy and Foreign Affairs, together with Bitrak Holding, were instructed to submit within ten days agreed proposals for the formation of an integrated system for managing investment processes. It is necessary to determine the responsible decision-making center, to clearly delineate the functions of all participants in the investment process and to ensure centralized coordination of work with investors. Special attention is paid to increasing the efficiency of investment projects. The President emphasized that the efficiency of the investments should be evaluated according to the quantity and quality of the production facilities launched, their real contribution to the economy. Priority should be given to projects of deep processing and increasing labor productivity." emphasized Oljas Baktanow. The Ministries of National Economy, Industry and Construction and Agriculture, along with the Bairak and Samrock-Casina holdings, were instructed to compile a list of projects for deep processing within a month. For each of them, it is necessary to determine potential investors, implementation dates, level of localization and expected economic impact. Attention is given to expanding the participation of small and medium-sized businesses in government procurement and improving tax policy.
