"As part of the directives of the head of state, in order to strengthen human resources and increase the attractiveness of work in the primary health care system, it is proposed to establish a distinct supplement for local service specialists starting January 1, 2027. The salary of the district service specialists working in the clinical system, taking into account continuous work experience, will rise to 40%," the minister noted. In addition, it is planned to establish about 70 new medical facilities in the regions of the country, including district hospitals, ambulance stations and blood centers. These are 8 perinatal centers, 7 multidisciplinary children's hospitals, a children's emergency center and a children's surgical center. It is also planned to establish 5 interregional branches of the National Center for Child Rehabilitation and 25 outdoor facilities. "The implementation of the projects will make it possible to create and update medical infrastructures in an area of approximately 1.8 million square meters, to increase and renew the capacity of hospital beds by 9.2 thousand beds, as well as to increase the capacity of outpatient treatment by more than 5.3 thousand visits per shift" - reported Akmarel Alnazarova.
