"As part of the task of the head of state, in order to enhance the personal potential and increase the attractiveness of the work in the medical-sanitary first aid system, it is recommended to determine a separate supplement for specialists in district service from January 1, 2027. The salary of the regional service specialists working in the clinic system will increase by 40%, taking into account the continuous service experience. - noted the minister. It is planned to establish about 70 new medical facilities in the regions, including district hospitals, emergency stations and blood centers. It includes 8 perinatal centers, 7 multidisciplinary children's hospitals, a children's emergency center and a children's surgery center. It is also planned to build 5 new model interregional branches of the National Center for Child Rehabilitation and 25 outpatient clinics. "The implementation of the projects will make it possible to create and update 1.8 million square meters of medical infrastructure, increase and modernize the number of hospital beds by 9.2 thousand, as well as increase the capacity of outpatient treatment by over 5,000 visitors per shift." said Akmarel Elanzarova.
