The digital family card will be integrated into the systems of second-tier banks in December 2026. The ministry is finalizing the preparation for the introduction of the principle of gradual need starting on January 1, 2027. In November of this year, it is planned to finish the work to improve the relevant mechanisms, and in December to ensure the integration of the digital family card with the information systems of the second-tier banks. It is proposed to carry out pilot tests in stages: first for high-income citizens and then for affluent citizens. At the same time, the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population emphasized that the initial phase will make it possible to assess the effectiveness of the proposed changes before their further distribution. "In the first step, as part of this pilot experiment, the efficiency of streamlining social assistance will be tested. Taking into account its results, we will begin to further increase this work", - noted Eskarbek Artaev. Relevant measures are aimed at improving the mechanisms for providing state social assistance.
