The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population will complete the work to improve the step-by-step implementation mechanisms of the principles of need starting January 1, 2027. In December of this year, it is planned to integrate the family digital card with the information systems of the second level banks. The pilot test will be conducted step by step. First of all, citizens with a high level of income will be included, then wealthy citizens. The Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population noted that the initial phase allows to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed changes before their widespread implementation. "In the first phase of the thorough inspection of the pilot project, the effectiveness of the measures to optimize social assistance will be examined. Depending on the results, we will further expand the scope of work." said Eskarbek Artaev. The measures taken are aimed at improving the country's social assistance mechanisms.
