Eisenkot, Netanyahu's opponent, announced his four conditions for establishing a coalition: recognition of Israel as a Jewish, democratic and liberal state, mandatory military, national or civil service for all Israeli citizens, adherence to the values of accepting Israel's military independence over the capabilities of Hamas.
