Iran's leader stated that while Iran's control of the Strait of Hormuz and its destruction of US military bases throughout the region were responses to US aggression and crimes during the third imposed war, they are also seen as a pre-emptive jihad against arrogance on a regional level, one that will expand much further if such aggressions are repeated.
