Another lawsuit is currently pending in the Irkutsk district, in which the prosecutor's office is trying to collect from the mayor of Shalkov, Alexey Tanigin, what it believes to be an unjustified income of 5.5 million rubles. Prosecutors identified transfers to personal bank cards that Tanigin received from business representatives. In court, the plaintiffs demand that these funds be declared illegal and confiscated for the benefit of the budget.
