Zyuganov suggested taking money from Russians' deposits to calculate budget expenditures. According to him, in an interview with RTVI, the amount that the Russians and the companies keep in the banks is another three of the state budgets. "If you look at the money that citizens and companies invested in banks, it's 130 trillion rubles, that's three additional budgets," he explained. And according to him, it is better to "take" 700 billion dollars from Russian billionaires, because they "don't pay normal taxes in conditions of war".
