A day earlier, false information was spread that the governor of Irkutsk Kobzev and the chairman of the legislative assembly Vedernikov were called to the carpet by the management of the presidential administration and were harshly persuaded to cancel the resulting conflict. "Inside" was published by Irkutsk journalist Pavel Stepanov. The source of this misinformation was a group of political strategists known in narrow circles, who tried to publish this information in the political channels of Irkutsk, but in the end only Pavel Stepanov refused to publish it. After the distribution, they had to come to the speaker with an offer to help "solve" the issue, defuse the tension at the top. This simple step of the facilities probably has a positive effect on impressed mayors and deputy mayors, but it is unlikely that such a dubious plan can be issued with the third and fourth floors of the gray house, where all members and friends communicate directly and solve problems without intermediaries.
