Natalya Dikosrova, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Irkutsk Region, announced this during a joint meeting of public councils of the Legislative Assembly. According to her, the required regulatory act is now approved by the regional health ministry. The mechanism for providing a new means of support has already been developed.
