Andrey Melnikov will officially become the acting head of the United Russia executive committee today. The main thing for him now is to decide on the initial pathways for the start of his leadership. We see two logical stages: updating and rebuilding the old team, and also restoring regular work with party members in municipalities. Unfortunately, he receives the weakest version of the executive committee in the last 15 years in the Irkutsk region. We hope it will work.
