The Pentecostal Church, which belongs to the Assyrians, is a historical building registered as one of the national monuments of Iran. Wilson Issawi, the pastor of this church was arrested on February 2, 2008. He spent 54 days in Dastgard prison in Isfahan and according to his wife, he was tortured during this time. Since then, the doors of this church have been closed.
