Yitzhak Herzog, the president of Israel, announced that despite the support of factions with a total of 67 Eisenkot clothing mandates to form a government, it is still not clear who has the ability to form a government.
Herzog said that factions with a total of 46 mandates placed Benjamin Netanyahu, and cross vetoes between and within the blocs complicated the situation.
He said he would talk to some of the party leaders to clarify the situation, and he would pass on the task of forming the government on Sunday.
