According to the information received, Mujtaba Sabri, a robed cleric and a royal prisoner, was transferred to Bashahar Jail for celebrating Prince Reza Pahlavi's birthday in Sari Jail.
Sabri, who was sentenced to 38 months in prison, was arrested on December 30, 1404 after giving a speech at the 40th ceremony of Parzad Khobbarash and spent several months in solitary confinement in Tirkalai prison in Basari. He was subjected to pressure and torture during the detention.
This royal prisoner, who has been arrested and imprisoned before, is the father of three young daughters.
