Prince Reza Pahlavi, in response to a question from Lily Nikfar, a reporter for Iran International, about the impact of the election results in the US on the future of the Iran war and Mujtaba Khamenei's threats, said that the time has come for the Western countries to look at the Iranian people as a real alternative to the Islamic Republic and instead of negotiating and making free concessions of the Iranian people to the government.
He emphasized that the Islamic Republic has always used negotiations to buy time, and in the past 47 years, the people of Iran have never been considered a real alternative to the government.
Prince Reza Pahlavi added that in the negotiations conducted in Geneva, Oslo or Istanbul, the Iranian people never had a representative at the table.
In another part of his speech he said that the Islamic Republic only understands the language of strength and will not change its behavior in the face of weakness. Referring to the results of the American elections, Prince Reza Pahlavi said that whenever the Islamic Republic feels relief from the results of the elections in the United States or other countries, this issue should be a wake-up call for the international community.
