Portuguese riot police attacked protesters in Rossio Square in central Lisbon with batons and shields at dawn on Sunday, November 10, and rounded up their tent camp. This camp was established in protest of the housing crisis. After the arrival of the police, the demonstrators dispersed through the streets of the historic center of the city and created obstacles in the streets using the existing tools and materials.
