Ismail Kotri, a member of the Parliament's National Security Committee, told the Ilana news agency: "We will not enter into negotiations with Washington until the seven clauses announced by the Secretary of the Supreme Council for National Security are implemented." On Sunday, November 1, Kotri said that at this stage, we cannot easily accept the negotiations. As has been said, these seven clauses must be implemented first, and until these conditions are implemented, we will not negotiate with the Americans in any way. This member of parliament continued: "Every time we negotiated, the Americans acted in various ways against the agreements and through the negotiations; either they imposed the war on us or they did not meet the commitments that the other side had to fulfill. For this reason, we are not optimistic about America and those who come to negotiate this country."
