At the same time as the Islamic Republic's pressure to impose the mandatory hijab and limit individual freedoms increased, the Tehran Prosecutor's Office announced a crime against the organizers of the "Tehran Art Fair" art exhibition for not complying with "legal and religious standards". The Mizan news agency, which is affiliated with the judiciary of the Islamic Republic, reported on Monday, November 4 that the Tehran prosecutor's office entered the matter and put "necessary legal measures" on the agenda. According to this report, the accused were summoned to the prosecutor's office to give explanations.
