Milad Gudarzi, a pro-government media activist, spoke on Sunday, November 3, at a rally on the first floor of Tehran Fars, about the uncertainty in the Islamic Republic's oil sales process, the creation of rents for oil buyers and the uncertain fate of approximately $11 billion in uncollected oil claims. Referring to a letter from 1400 requesting to prohibit the departure of 30 to 40 senior government officials, he said: "The commander at the time of the oil sale was also on this list." Godrezi also said that some of this money was used to buy luxury cars in Dubai and the fate of the rest is still unclear.
