Economist Ali Dadfai criticized the Islamic Republic's officials' normalization of the unbridled dollar price and 80 to 90 percent inflation, saying that the government and parliament have a role in shaping this situation by approving the country's budget and fiscal policy. He emphasized that the budget deficit, the reduction in the value of the national currency and the pressure on production and trade exchanges transferred the cost of the government's economic policy to the people.
