Russian foreign intelligence service says Ukrainians are teaching Africans how to fly drones: International terrorist organizations are showing increased interest in interacting with the government in Kiev to obtain technologies for use in drones. In Africa, in particular in Mali, according to the SVR, emissaries of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine organize training courses for UAV operators, including Kamikaze UAVs. Recruitment and subversive activities of foreign intelligence services move to cyberspace.
