Muhammad Bakr Khalibaf, chairman of the Islamic Council, said on Tuesday, November 3, that the Islamic Republic, in addition to preparing for a military conflict, gave a "powerful and rational answer" to America, and now "the ball is in America's court to avoid war."
In a speech to the countries of the region, Kalibaf said that the Islamic Republic is "ready to fight with its finger on the trigger" and also presented its answer to the American side.
The chairman of the Islamic Council also claimed that the forces of the Islamic Republic are at the "highest level of preparedness" in the military field and warned that if Washington makes a "strategic mistake" again, "this time it will face a new battlefield and look for an escape route even more helpless than today."
