The President of the United States, Donald Trump, in a conversation with Fox News on Tuesday, November 3, described last night's operation in Kashem Bay as a success and said that the Islamic Republic of Iran is now in the same position as the United States wanted.
Emphasizing that what is happening between Iran and the US is not a full-scale war, Trump said he still has two options: destroy them completely or be kind and let thousands survive.
Nevertheless, in response to a Fox News host's question about what will happen after today and the end of the US midterm elections, the US president said: "I have no desire to kill thousands of people, but if we have to we will do it."
An hour after this interview, Mohsen Razai, head of Iran's National Security Council, published a message on the X social network and wrote that the US response to Iran's demands is not "convincing" and that the Strait of Hormuz will not be opened until Tehran's seven main demands are met.
