The Taliban leader's book; From thinking it is obligatory to obey the tyrannical ruler to Jihad until the Day of Resurrection before Mullah Hatullah Akhundzada, the leader of the Taliban, in a book he recently published, which refers to religious texts, saw rebellion against the Muslim ruler as a religious obligation, even in the case of committing atrocities, and obeying him. Last week, the Taliban launched a broad campaign to promote the book "Ahl al-Sunnah and Jamaat", attributed to Mullah the Virgin Akhundzadeh, the leader of this group, and government institutions and media outlets controlled by this group emphasize reading and monitoring its contents by republishing parts of this book. According to Zabihullah Mujahid, the Taliban spokesman, this book was published in March, but plans are now underway to reveal it in the government institutions of this group. In this book, the leader of the Taliban called himself "Amir al-Momineen" and in part of it he discussed the necessity of obeying the Muslim ruler and emphasized that even if the Muslim ruler commits an injustice, it is the duty of the people to obey him. He also rejected the rebellion against the tyrannical ruler, linked obedience to the emir with obedience to God and the Prophet of Islam, and emphasized that Muslims must not disobey the orders of their rulers, unless they are forced to do something contrary to divine commandments. The Taliban leader even saw that it is permissible to disqualify the ruler or rebel against him only when "open and clear disbelief" is observed from him and there is "decisive proof from God". In the Taliban's governance structure, Mullah Hatubullah Akhundzada is the group's highest political and religious decision-making authority, and his decrees are the basis for many Taliban government policies, including extensive restrictions on women's rights. In the section on the duty of obedience to the Muslim ruler, it is said in this book: "We do not rebel against our rulers, even if they oppress them. We do not curse them and consider obedience to them mandatory. As long as they do not order anything contrary to God's command, we will not stop obeying them and praying for reform and their health."
