The Scottish police have announced that they have launched an active investigation into the presence of Jeffrey Epstein together with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor (brother of the British King) at the Balmoral royal estate in this country. The Independent newspaper reported on Friday November 8 that Epstein traveled to Balmoral in 1999 at Andrew's invitation. An undated photo also shows Epstein and his partner Maxwell relaxing in a log cabin at the royal estate. The Daily Express reports that the police investigation is linked to claims that women were moved to a property in the Scottish Highlands. Police Scotland did not release details about the subject of the investigation and said that these investigations are in the early stages and are ongoing based on evidence. Andrew was arrested on February 19 this year on suspicion of abusing a public official. The allegation was that he gave Epstein sensitive information during his tenure as Britain's Special Representative for Trade and Investment. Andrew was released on bail after questioning and denied any wrongdoing. Britain's King Charles III stripped Mandrew of his royal titles, including prince and duke of York, last year after new information about his relationship with Epstein came to light. Andrew was also forced to leave his royal residence.
