Prince Reza Pahlavi: The name and record of Cyrus are a springboard to achieve a better future Prince Reza Pahlavi wrote in a message on social networks on Thursday, November 7th, at the same time as the anniversary of Cyrus the Great: "For us, the name and record of Cyrus is not only a reminder of the glory of the past, but it is a solid rock and a springboard to achieve a better future, a future that we deserve as a glorious testimony." The 7th Prince saw November as the day to preserve the glory of Iran and the long-term values of freedom, tolerance and justice and wrote that the Iranian nation has kept these values alive for centuries. Referring to the gathering of tens of thousands of Iranians in Pasargad 10 years ago, Prince Reza Pahlavi described this event as a turning point in the struggle to restore Iran and wrote that the foundations of Shiro Khorshid's national revolution were laid out of the desire to free Iran from the "claw of the era". In another part of his message he emphasized: "The nation of Iran, the successor of Cyrus the Great, will not bow to tyranny and will rebuild its free, prosperous and proud homeland."
