Referring to the 100th anniversary of relations between the two countries next year, Erdogan emphasized efforts to comprehensively strengthen cooperation. Erdogan told Trump that Turkey is trying to find a diplomatic solution to issues related to the Strait of Hormuz and Yemen within the framework of its joint defense agreement with Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
