According to the official account of the Knesset (Parliament of Israel) on the social network X, the polling stations will close at 22:00 local time (20:00 GMT). This decision was made after the Central Election Commission rejected the Likud and religious conservative party's request to extend voting hours. However, the committee announced that people who stand in line until the designated time will still be allowed to vote. Earlier, the Likud and Shas parties requested to increase the voting hours, and this was opposed by the committee.
