In an interview with reporters, Donald Trump harshly criticized Barack Obama, the former president of the United States, saying: "We have to explain this to Obama, because he doesn't understand. Because he is actually not a smart person." The US president questioned Obama's presidency and added: "I don't think he's smart at all, because the way he ran the country, only a stupid person could run the country like that." He also emphasized the position of the White House and noted: "We must explain to Obama that the White House is a symbol of American authority and identity."
