The "CNN" channel, in a report cited by Masoud Nurmohammadi, announced that Tarna and Romina Rahimi, 21-year-old twin sisters who were arrested after participating in demonstrations in January 1404, were severely tortured in prison. According to him, the judicial system of the Islamic Republic sentenced Tarna to death and Romina to 25 years in prison. Nurmohamdi, a cousin of these two sisters, told CNN in an interview that the investigators tortured them in front of each other and tied them to a device known as the "miracle bed" and tortured them for hours to make them admit what they wanted. According to him, the lawyer of these two sisters is also in prison and has no hope of legal proceedings. Nurmohammadi stressed that he is concerned about the execution of the death sentence at 5 am every day and despite sending many emails to US government officials and state representatives, no action has been taken and he is only trying to raise the courage and suffering of these two sisters to the ears of the world.
