The Court of General Jurisdiction of the First Instance of the city of Yerevan decided to oblige the blogger Roman Baghdsarian to deny the false information he spread about the leader of the "Strong Armenia" party Samvel Karpetyan and to apologize. According to the court's ruling, this blogger must deny the lies he spread by publishing the text determined by the court on his official Facebook page or through the printed media with at least 5,000 copies spread throughout the territory of RA, with the content of spreading defamation and an apology. It should be noted that the courts oblige Roman Baghdsarian for the third time to deny the false and defamatory information related to the name of Sambel Karaftian and to apologize.
