However, the Constitutional Court declared this case unconstitutional. However, the Dismissal Court, in a ruling from September 12 of this year, overturned the decision to dismiss the case against Robert Kocharian, Yuri Khachtorov and others and allowed the reclassification of the charges. We will also mention that the judge in the case is Sarkis Petrosyan, a former member of the "Civil Contract", who offered himself as a deputy of the State Duma in 2018.
