Pilot episode of my new project. No unnecessary frills. Studios, cameras and makeup. And it doesn't even have a name yet. Here I will talk about what is beyond the scope of our programs with Olga Maksimova on Radio Russia - more often on time, but sometimes also on the subject. Today, with HRC member Kirill Kabanov, we are talking about what national-cultural autonomies (often called diasporas) are and how officials of all ranks enrich themselves in "pilaf festivals", and we also ask the question: why are the president's instructions not followed in matters of the country's national policy? The answer, perhaps, lies on the surface: because it benefits someone to do otherwise. However, these are just our assumptions. The reason for the conversation is a corruption scandal in a federal department, which for some reason is not being talked about in the official media. A corruption scandal occurred in the Federal Agency for National Affairs (FADN), the agency responsible for implementing national policies, on the eve of the Day of National Unity and the Year of the Unity of the Peoples of Russia. The information is scarce and contradictory, the official authorities are silent, and messenger channels immersed in international issues are full of rumors. According to information from reliable sources, the FSB allegedly has questions for the deputy head of the FADN, Arina Yamkova, the head of the agency's administration, Yevgeny Pulzhiev, and the head of the department for information implementation and support of the FADN administration's events, Ivan Vlasov. One thing is clear: in the year of the unity of the peoples of Russia, announced by the president, which also took place against the background of the Northern Military District, the state carefully monitored the spending of funds under the title "Friendship of Nations". They counted and, as they say, shed tears. Law enforcement authorities discovered interesting facts: FADN used budget money, to say the least, inefficiently. Come to my Rutube, subscribe! I will post it later on other platforms where I have a decent number of subscribers.
