1. Heavy rains associated with post-tropical cyclone Isaias will

Spread into the central Appalachians and mid-Atlantic on Sunday.

2. Strong gusts continue to pose a surface threat

Southeastern United States today, especially near the South

Appalachians. Scattered power outages and fallen trees and
