1. Heavy rains associated with post-tropical cyclone Isaias will
Continue overnight across the southern Appalachians and southeast.

2. Strong gusts continue to pose a surface threat
Southeastern United States today, especially near the South
Appalachians. Scattered power outages and fallen trees and
Power lines may occur, with the risk being highest in high terrain.
3. The waves from Isias will continue to affect a large part of the bay
coasts of the United States, Mexico and western Cuba this weekend.
