Switzerland expands sanctions against Russia The Swiss government announced the inclusion of 254 people, companies and organizations in its sanctions list against Russia. The new measures establish the freezing of assets and a ban on providing financial resources to those targeted by the restrictions. According to the TASS agency, the update follows the 21st EU sanctions package and the bloc's subsequent decisions. Among those included are 62 individuals, 41 companies, 33 Russian banks and 41 ships identified as members of a so-called "parallel fleet" used to transport oil and circumvent international restrictions.
