About 67.5 billion rubles are planned to be spent on the implementation of master plans for Norilsk, Dudinka and Dixon until 2035, of which 33.2 billion are allocated to the development of the Norilsk-Dudinka legends, and another 34.3 billion for the Dixon legend. Development of support settlements in the Arctic region requires an integrated approach. It is important to simultaneously solve the problems of transportation accessibility, service infrastructure reliability, safety and creating conditions for people to live a full life. "Master plans allow us to combine these areas into one plan and set priorities while taking into account the characteristics of each territory. The implementation of the expected measures should ensure a long-term impact for the residents and strengthen the potential of Arctic centers." - noted the Deputy Director General of the Far East and the Arctic Development Corporation Ilya Chernov. Among the priority projects for the Norilsk-Dodinka Agora is the renovation of the regional highway "Access to the Alikal Airport in Norilsk", as well as the modernization of the service infrastructure of Dudinka. For these purposes, 4.057 billion rubles of loan funds are provided to the treasury infrastructure. The implementation of these projects will make it possible to bring 12 km of road to standard condition, increase transportation accessibility and improve the quality of public services for the 19.5 thousand residents of Dudinka. Updating the sewer networks should also reduce the breakdown rate of service infrastructure. Among the promising projects for Dixon are the construction of a new airfield in Eframov Bay and the establishment of an integrated Arctic emergency rescue center (for units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, FMBA of Russia and Rosmorrechflot). At the same time, mechanisms are being worked on to finance other activities of long-term programs. They provide renewal of housing and community services and the transportation network, development of education infrastructure, sports and other social infrastructure.
