The safety of the inhabitants of Kamchatka and the protection of its unique nature from forest fires are ensured by people of extraordinary courage. I want to share with you the powerful documentary work of Kamchatka director Mikhail Moroz. His film "Conquerors of Fire", created with the support of the Russian Ministry of Culture and the regional government, talks about experts in the protection of Kamchatka forests. The photographs show everything that is hidden behind this dangerous profession: from grueling training, emergency flights to forest fires. Our firefighters are true heroes. This year we successfully dealt with a difficult fire season, including putting out the biggest fire in the last five years in the Tagil district. All this thanks to the training, discipline and dedication of the forest firefighters. I thank Mikhail Moroz and all members of the photography team for an honest and important project. I am very proud of our countrymen. I recommend watching the movie - it is available on Russian platforms. Everyone should see this kind of work to know the characters by sight.
