On Wednesday and Thursday, meetings were held in Brussels between the American, European and Ukrainian sides on the end of the war in Ukraine. The European Commission is discussing a plan to rebuild Ukraine after the war, and today NATO is discussing security guarantees for Kiev. The talks at EU and NATO headquarters also discussed the upcoming US-brokered negotiations between Ukraine and Russia next week in Abu Dhabi.
