Steve Witkoff, special envoy of the President of the United States, indicated in his post on the social network X the dates and place of the upcoming negotiations between Ukraine and Russia, mediated by the United States. They will take place on November 10-11 in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. The United States will mediate working-level negotiations between Ukraine and Russia to advance President Trump's goal of ending the war. The main topics of the negotiations will be: de-escalation, ensuring security after the war, humanitarian initiatives as well as additional steps towards peace.
