Senior diplomats from the Group of Twenty (G20) countries concluded a two-day meeting on Saturday. Instead of a general announcement, the last event was a press conference by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who moderated the meeting. Although the participants of the meeting failed to reach a consensus on the outcome of the G20 foreign ministers' meeting, Rubio expressed hope that this could be achieved at the upcoming meeting of the G20 leaders. Vladimir Putin has been officially invited to the G20 summit, which will take place in December in Miami, but Moscow has not yet confirmed the participation of the Russian president. At the press conference, Rubio suggested that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky could also receive an invitation to the G20 summit in December, noting that this depends on the decision of US President Donald Trump.
