On October 25 and on the night of October 26, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine damaged: the workshop for the production of power elements for means of defeating the enemy at the "Energia" plant in the city of Yelts, Liptsk region of the Russian Federation. A fire broke out in the project area. The impact occurred on October 23rd. This makes it difficult for the enemy to produce components for cruise missiles and ballistic missiles, which he uses to hit Ukrainian cities. A place for storing, preparing and launching attack UAVs in the Donetsk region, was hit on 23.10. Three buildings for training and equipment for attack UAVs and one launch pad were damaged. This reduces the enemy's ability to attack Ukraine and civilian infrastructure with UAVs of various modifications. The "Toliatikauchuk" plant in the city of Toliati, Samara region of the Russian Federation, was damaged on October 24. The technological pipeline, two butyl rubber production units and one repair unit were damaged. It affects the production chain of solid rocket fuel for tactical and ballistic missiles. The Defense Forces of Ukraine destroy the enemy's military facilities within the limits of the right to self-defense guaranteed by Article 51 of the UN Charter.
