Urgent: The consultations on the formation of the government with President Yitzhak Herzog have ended, with 67 deputies recommending the appointment of Eisenkot, compared to 46 deputies for Netanyahu, while the seven deputies of "United Torah Judaism" refrained from recommending any candidate.
Herzog is expected to make an announcement soon.
