The Committee of the Families of Political Prisoners: We condemn the repressive measures used by the PA security forces against prisoners on hunger strike in Al-Junaid prison, and force them to end their strike with torture and intimidation. We warn you about the deterioration of the health condition of the detainee Mahmoud Dabei, who has been detained for 23 months despite the issuance of judicial decisions to release him, after he was transferred to the hospital following the hunger and water strike. We hold the authority responsible for the lives of the detainees, and demand the implementation of release decisions, an end to torture and the possibility for human rights institutions to visit the prisons and examine their conditions.
