Israel's Central Arab List supports Eisenkot to form a government after the elections.
The group of major Arab parties in Israel announced on Thursday that it will recommend to opposition leader Gadi Eisenkot to form the next government, which could strengthen his bid after Arab majority lists won a record 19 seats in last week's election.
