About 320,000 protesters are taking part in mostly silent protests across France.
Some 320,000 protesters took part in a third mass protest over living costs across France on Saturday, the interior ministry estimated, while organizers counted nearly half a million. Tensions flared at the end of the marches in some cities, but authorities reported that most demonstrations were largely peaceful.
