Co-founder, feminist and influential US civil rights icon Dolores Huerta, died Wednesday in Bakersfield, California, her family said. Attributed to imprinting the persistent "Si, se puede"! A curfew later enacted by former US President Barack Obama, Yharta continued her activism on issues of race, poverty, LGBTQ and women's rights until the last months of her life.
